Telehealth includes several times of technology-supported connection between your family and an intervention provider.
A synchronous or “live” session is where you will connect directly with a provider in real time over video conferencing.
An asynchronous connection is where you will transfer information in our secure platform to your provider to review and send you feedback and recommendations (such as uploading a video of you and your child working on a skill).
There are also combined approaches of tele-connection. Providers select approaches that best serve your child’s individual needs and meet necessary requirements.
This site includes resources for providers to support the families that they serve, through creation of individual care portals.
